I know nothing about repairs for a house; so, Charles (the inspector) let me call and talked me through each repair, the kind of professional that might do it, and how to keep up things in the home. Kwaneise Nico142 days agoChuck was ABSOLUTELY hands down the best. I had a lot of fear and skeptic regarding this process and whether they were really going to provide me with a thorough inspection. It took hours and when I say he looked at EVERY nook at cranny, it was impressive. It probably would have been a lot shorter if I had not kept stopping him and asking so many questions, but he stopped every time and answered with a smile~ he was SO through, informative but really kind but is customer service skills is what stood out the mood. Please ask for TONY WARFIELD i personally recommend him , he spent at least 3 to 4 hour in both home he inspects for me with full adequate inspiration reports of almost 200 pages. If you buying a home either for personal or rental Tony is the man you need for your home inspection to get great value for your money. Great services and affordable price. Michaela Maynard194 days agoWhen my 2 year old daughter tested high for lead, I was very concerned and wanted to quickly solve this problem. We just moved into an almost completely renovated home, so I was at a loss as to where the issue was and knew I needed a professional. I sent in a request for an inspection and was contacted by Jennifer within a few hours to get more information. I was very stressed out about the entire situation and Jennifer assured me that I was in good hands. She had James, the inspector, call me beforehand to answer all my questions and reassure me that we would find the source of the lead to help my family. When the inspection team showed up, they were so pleasant and professional. They did an incredibly thorough job testing every area in my home. They of course tested all the areas required in a lead inspection, but through their experience, they tested additional areas and items that they had seen cause lead dust in the past. The day was a long one, but no stone was left unturned and it felt like the team was on a mission to make my little girl safe. Right after the inspection, I had a list of action areas so I was able to take swift action to reduce my family’s exposure. There were a few areas, like soil and paint samples, that required additional testing, but as soon as those results came back to the team, they informed me. A couple weeks later I received and extensive lead report with the results of every single item they tested on my property over the 7 hours they were here. I of course already knew all of the items through the process, but it is all in one document that I am now able to share with contractors and lead mitigation teams to truly and finally make my home the safe environment I thought it was. The value for what James gives is incredible. My children’s safety is of the utmost importance for me, but there honestly was a little sticker shock. After experiencing the process and receiving all the information, expertise, and guidance that I did from James, the price was a steal.Posted on Google

It was easy to schedule my inspection, they had availability just a couple days out, it was cheaper than the service I was going to use, and they showed up exactly when they said they would - on a Sunday, even. Chuck was immediately personable and easy to talk to. Without any prompting he told me about his work history and I could instantly tell he’s a perfect fit for this line of work. I followed him around with my clipboard the entire inspection and he was extremely gracious and patient. He took time explaining some things he found and why he felt it was worth documenting. He even gave me suggestions on what type of professional to reach out to for certain fixes the home would need. He remained neutral in his opinion, but made sure I was aware of the elements he documented. Even with me tagging along and asking questions, he remained on task and efficient and finished within the quoted timeframe. We shared some laughs about movies and I learned quite a bit about homes.
