Meet Charles Trask

Charles brings a diverse background in real estate, construction-related sales, technical analysis, and customer service. With more than seven years of experience in sales and account management—and prior work as a licensed Realtor—Charles offers clients a practical, client-focused approach to property evaluation.

His real estate experience includes guiding buyers through property selection, identifying potential concerns during showings, and negotiating on behalf of clients. That hands-on exposure to homes and buyer priorities now strengthens his inspection work, helping him focus on the details that matter most to owners and investors.

Charles has also worked as a project estimator for residential window systems and as a solar specialist, where he performed in-home evaluations, developed roofing and system proposals, and coordinated with insurance providers after storm damage. These roles built a strong understanding of building components, materials, and performance.

Earlier in his career, Charles worked in technical drafting and GIS mapping, developing precision, documentation discipline, and analytical problem-solving skills he now applies to inspections.
