Meet Xavier Draughon

Xavier brings a strong work ethic, hands-on experience, and a genuine passion for building and problem-solving to every inspection he performs. Based in Columbus, Ohio, Sean has spent years working with tools, equipment, and mechanical systems—giving him a practical, well-rounded understanding of how homes function day to day.

His background includes working at Home Depot, where he handled everything from operating forklifts and managing deliveries to helping customers with materials and landscaping ideas. That experience helped him develop a natural ability to connect with people and explain things in a clear, down-to-earth way. He later worked in sanitation at Walmart, where attention to detail and consistency were essential, and as an HVAC technician with Metro Heating & Cooling, where he gained valuable experience working on new construction and system installations.

Xavier is AHIT certified and brings that technical training together with his field experience to provide thorough, easy-to-understand inspections. Clients appreciate his straightforward approach and his commitment to doing the job right the first time.

Outside of work, Xavier enjoys building furniture, gardening, and playing the cello— an instrument he’s dedicated over 10 years to mastering. Whether he’s working on a home or a personal project, he brings the same focus, pride, and determination to everything he does.
